Never received, awful customer service

Overall experience was terrible. Ordered these shoes on 11-17-24 and they were expected to ship 1-18-25. Wedding scheduled for 3-15-2025. Reached out in January and was told shoes were delivered in November-they were not. Exchanged multiple emails with customer service rep Dien Comeau who has been unbelievably dismissive and unhelpful, even asking me to “remind” them of the issue even though we were continuing to communicate on the same email chain that contained all information about the order. Called and left a message with no response. Since my wedding is in 2 weeks I had to dispute the charge. Be careful when ordering from this merchant!

They’re so beautiful. I’m a typical size 7 and these fit however they fit a little snug. I wish there was a half size available. If I could break them in it would be perfect but I don’t want to ruin them before the wedding.
